Brian Johnstone is the Digital Resources Librarian at Bucks County Community College. With the college since 2001, Brian works as a systems librarian, maintaining the SirsiDynix ILS. Further, he assists in maintaining the library Web site, Web resources, and Web 2.0 functions. In addition to this he conducts Information Literacy sessions for various courses and assists students at the reference desk.
Brian also teaches in the Integration of Knowledge program in a course called Art & Science of Nature. He and his teaching partners have made presentations (local and national) on the subject of nature writing and nature advocacy as it pertains to this INTG course.
Outside of his work as a librarian, Brian enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy a little bit of gardening and raising chickens.
